Fees

Psychotherapy sessions fees are each charged from £60. The sessions last for 50 minutes and are generally weekly, at the same time each week. I am approved by AXA Health, Aviva Healthcare and BUPA.

The fee for the single session therapy process is £175, which includes the pre-session questionnaire and one month follow-up. The session itself lasts up to 90 minutes. 

Coaching sessions tend to be less frequent than psychotherapy but longer, usually 1½ to 2 hours and the work is also more defined at the outset, with a programme agreed between us which may also include support between the sessions.
